REGULAR DAY BELL SCHEULE

Attention sophomores and juniors! If you are planning on taking AP/IB Year 1 Biology next year, there will be a MANDATORY meeting in Mr. Tisor’s room, #503, after school at 2:45 on Wednesday June 9th. You will receive a course description, a text book, and your summer assignment. The meeting should last for approximately ½ hour.

NHS seniors---stoles are in! Please stop by room 506 to buy or rent them.

Congratulations go out to Ann Gamboa and Andrew Peterson, our June Students of the Month! Ann is an AP student who has been very active while at Kennedy. Ann plays the clarinet in the Shamrock Regiment, is a member of the Girls Swim Team, and has given countless hours of volunteering though the many clubs she belongs to including: Key Club, NHS, CSF, FBLA, the Green Club and she is the Founder and President of the Make-A-Wish Club. Ann plans to attend Cal Poly Pomona in the Fall to study Business. Andrew is also an AP student and led our Fighting Irish Football team as the Varsity Captain and Quarterback. Andrew has also played on the Kennedy Varsity Baseball team since his Freshman Year. Andrew volunteers his time with the Cypress Pop Warner Teams and the Continental Little League. Andrew plans to attend Santa Ana College in the Fall where he will play Baseball, and has future goals of transferring to UC Berkeley to become a Mechanical Engineer. Congratulations Ann and Andrew! Thank you for all of your contributions to Kennedy High School!

Making wishes through the Arts! TODAY, Friday, June 4 @ Walker Junior High School. This benefit concert will feature fellow Kennedy students, Cathy Nguyen, Faba Modern and many more! Buy tickets at the Activities window or at the door for $7.00/freshman and $10.00/general. Bring your friends!

They are $115 and remember. . . . it can no longer be bought with a check, only cash! Buy your yearbook before they’re gone.
