Registration Information • 2025-26 School Year

Dear AUHSD Families,
 
In preparation for next school year, it is necessary for you to complete online data confirmation for the upcoming school year. First step: Registration is online and can be completed immediately. Please complete the following steps to register your student(s):

 

FOR RETURNING STUDENTS:

This is the first step for Registration for the next school year. Please log into your Aeries Parent Portal and follow the steps below.

IF YOU HAVE A PARENT ACCOUNT:  Please log into your account you will now need to complete the Data Confirmation step. Click on the DASHBOARD tab (located top left). You should now see this message "YOU MUST COMPLETE DATA CONFIRMATION” or click on Student info then scroll down to DATA CONFIRMATION.  Please complete this step as soon as possible. This step needs to be completed prior to on-site registration (Dates TBD).


*IF YOU HAVE NOT CREATED A PARENT ACCOUNT* Here are the instructions to create your Aeries Parent Portal and to complete the required Data Confirmation step. 

 An email will be sent to you.  Check your email and then follow those instructions.

***Check Spam or Junk Folder*** 

 

Log back into Aeries Parent Portal using your email address and the password you created.

You will need the following information to complete this next part:

  • Student ID 

  • Use this phone number

  • Verification Code

2025-26 IN PERSON SCHOOL REGISTRATION EVENT

DATES –TBD

 

*During Registration, your student will:

  • Receive a class schedule 

  • Checkout their textbooks

  • Purchase ASB/Yearbook

  • Purchase their PE clothes

  • Picture ID

  • And much more!

 

*IMPORTANT* 

The Data Confirmation MUST be completed prior to participating in the in-person registration. Please login to your Aeries Parent portal account and complete the Data Confirmation step. Click on the DASHBOARD tab (located top left). You should now see this message "YOU MUST COMPLETE DATA CONFIRMATION” or click on Student info then scroll down to DATA CONFIRMATION.  Please complete this step as soon as possible.

 

*FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL WILL BE AUGUST 6, 2025 *

 

 

FOR NEW STUDENTS TO AUHSD:

 

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

(For Students New to AUHSD)

 

 

STEP 1…

£  Complete Registration Online at

  https://anaheimuhsd.aeries.net/enrollment/   

 

STEP 2…

Documents needed: (you can send thru via email or stop by our Registration office) 

 

1.  Current Gas/Electric Bill or Rent/Lease Agreement.    (proof of address) 


2.   Birth Certificate 


3.  Immunization Record Current

 

4.  Transcripts/ withdrawal form from the previous school.  
 


5.  Parent/Guardian ID or passport
 
6.  Discipline Record from last school attended. 


 
7. Special Ed students need to bring a copy of their Most Current IEP and 
Psychological, Behavioral Reports. 
 


 Legal Guardian Documentation if a student resides with a guardian. 
 

Please Note:

If the Registrar needs to request any document(s) from the previous school,

this could result in a delay of your students’ enrollment.
